About Our Presenters:
April A. Goff
Ms. Goff is Senior Counsel at Warner Norcross & Judd, LLP. She specializes her practice in welfare plans and has broad experience with the design, implementation and administration of a range of employee benefit arrangements. Ms. Goff has successfully negotiated numerous multimillion-dollar contract with plan vendors, performed detailed compliance and participation benefit plan audits, and represented plan sponsors before the Department of Labor, Health and Human Services and the Internal Revenue Service. She is also a member of the Firms' Health Care Reform Task Force and is a frequent speaker on the impact health reform will have on group health plans.

Cam Kennedy, CPA
Mr. Kennedy is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cambridge Consulting Group and Managing Director of Cambridge Employee Benefits, a division of Cambridge Consulting Group. As CFO, Mr. Kennedy is responsible for the company’s accounting and finance functions and oversees information technology and human resource matters. He has over 17 years experience managing the financial concerns and strategic direction of companies.  His professional experience previous to Cambridge includes working as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP, a Controller and Chief Financial Officer for Ross Controls, and a Finance Manager with Lear Corporation. 

Jon Pope, MSF, CEBS
Jon Pope is a vice president of Cambridge Employee Benefits, a division of Cambridge Consulting Group. He works closely with Cambridge clients to design and manage custom tailored employee benefit programs for public, privately held and institutional companies located through the Midwest. Mr. Pope has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry.  He has served in an advisory capacity for several Michigan based health insurance companies as well as in product level development at national insurance companies.
